Kempton Clarke - CEO

This business philosophy helped Kempton fast track his career from direct sales to become National Sales Manager of one of the world's largest companies.

From IT to the glamorous hair and beauty industry, Kempton's ability to train and develop winning teams resulted in multi-million dollar growth and increased market share for many of the businesses he managed.

Establishing a Global Sales University and a dynamic consulting business in Australia are just some of his career highlights and demonstrates a genuine belief in the 'people behind the business' philosophy.

Kempton's expertise in business growth & development combined with his passion for new and innovative technology provided the vision behind the goLive id brand.

Benedicte Tellez - Director Media Communications

A BA Degree in Multimedia (Distinction through awarded scholarships), and a Post Graduate Diploma (with Distinction) in Graphic Design and is soon to complete her Masters Degree in Visual Communications from RMIT University, Melbourne.

Benedicte heads goLive id's Design and Creative team. With a passion for brand creation, Benedicte's track record in creating innovative and memorable logos, corporate ID's, branding campaigns, and interactive websites is second to none.

Having worked in the Media and Visual Communication industry for several years, Benedicte boasts clients in the Beauty, Fashion, Media, IT Industry and Retail Industry.

With a strong understanding that Market Research for Brand Positioning are key to building a great brand, Benedicte is the creative force for goLive id customers who are ready to stand out from the crowd.

Kai Waldon - Business Development Manager (NSW)

Dynamic and goal oriented, Kai is our Sydney based Business Development Manager servicing NSW. With a sales and consultancy background, Kai has been responsible for helping turn everyday businesses into major success stories.

Relationship-driven, customer-focused and a proven track record for doubling company turnover in short time periods, Kai says the secret to his success is building strong and positive client relationships with a key emphasis on always under-promising and over-delivering.

Nicole Papadopoulos - PR and Communications Director

Nicole loves the creative and innovative aspect of Promotions and is quick to provide and execute powerful ideas. Sponsorship acquisition, publicity campaigns, creative writing, branding campaigns and public speaking are just some of the skills Nicole can offer your business.

Andrew Cahill - Business Marketing Analyst

Originating with a Finance and General Management background in various industries and differing size companies, Andrew brings over his strength in strategic and financial analysis that’s built on a foundation of accounting and general management.

Andrews highlights span on offshore assignments in Japan, specialising in assisting Foreign Firms by utilising the market and local laws to their advantage, right through to the interim management of a business turning over 50 million per month.

Having a key project and a lead role to deliver the project analysis for the integration of Asset Management Software and processes, (one of Germany's key banks based in Tokyo), this clearly demonstrates the breadth of Andrews skills.

Other lead roles that Andrew has been in, is the Finance and Administration Department for one of Australia's largest property developers, completing the automation processes of their internal system. He has also conducted similar upgrades of processes and adaptation to new technologies in Clothing Manufacturing & Retail, Mortgage Financiers and Chartered Accounting.

With a broad wealth of consulting knowledge and analytics, Andrew will head up (ROM) the research and analysis department for goLive id. This ensures that our clients enjoy a 360-degree analytical process when engaging in our Forensic
Analysis Service, and other consultative-based services.

Carolynne Clarke - Training and Development

Trained in Australia, London, the USA and Germany, Carolynne has worked for some of the world's largest companies including the LOreal Group and Wella.

Her training expertise is backed by a successful track record in sales, team management, recruitment, major account management and high-level brand and trade marketing programs.

Carolynne offers training and development solutions for the goLive id customer assist team, providing a point of difference our customers can enjoy.

Kevin Ng - Project Manager /IT

Passion, integrity and commitment - these are some of the quality values that Kevin possesses. His passionate nature and willingness to adapt from the small to the largest and most challenging of projects, he is always passionate and dedicated to each project, always finding and applying the best results and solutions that will benefit each client.

With Kevin's solid experience in Operation Analysis, Project Management within the Telecommunication, Automotive and IT industry, he has consistently exceeded customer service expectations.

His many years of experience in handling Government listed companies, International Accounts and in presenting results of consortium operations provide Kevin with the expertise to service goLive id's clients with IT Business Solutions.

Lon, Srangkun Sirisinha - Visual Communication

Passionate about Creative/Graphic Design and Visual Communication, Lon possesses strong experience and educational background in Multimedia,
Design and Printing.

Graduating a Bachelor of Multimedia from Swinburne University, Masters of Multimedia Design from Monash University, Victoria University of Technology in Diploma of Graphic Arts and a Certificate III in Pre-Press at Cambridge International College, Lon’s multi-skilled approach provides goLive id with integrated visual communication solutions to it’s clients.

Having worked as a Graphic Designer and a Pre-Press Operator at one of Australia's biggest display banner stand companies, Lon grew up surrounded by a marketing family naturally absorbing marketing skills and creative ideas from his parents.

Taking his creativity and multi-skills to a new level, his expertise and experience provide an another solid profile to the goLive id team.

Kate Smith - Copywriting, Advertising and Media Buying

Kate brings 15 years commercial media experience to complete the goLive id team.

Having worked in all facets of radio and television, including announcing, journalism, copywriting, producing, advertising and media sales, Kate's strength lies with devising effective advertising strategies for both of these powerful mediums.

Andrew McFarland - Business Development Manager

With perceptive intuition and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service Andrew is our Business Development Manager servicing northern Victoria and regional NSW. With an owner / operator business background, Andrew has been responsible for managing operations of regionally based businesses as well as playing an integral role in marketing and branding of unique business opportunities into the mainstream commercial marketplace.
